Grooming fees are based on various criteria such as weight, service provided, coat length, and condition of coat. Our Full Coat Bath & Blow Dry package starts at $85 for cats under 12 lbs. If your cat's coat is not in optimal condition, meaning there are lots of tangles and mats, the price can increase. **We will do our very best to provide you with an accurate cost for the groom when we are able to physically assess your kitty at the time of grooming. When a cat licks itself, it doesn't remove the grease, dirt and debris that is in their coat. We use cat-safe degreasing and hypoalergenic shampoos to remove all of the dirt, grease, and debris that their coat accumulates over time. We believe that your kitty deserves to have a clean coat and skin and that this will help them live a happier and healthier life.

People who are also allergic to cats are actually allergic to the Fel D1 protein. A degreasing bath and blow dry is the only way to remove this protein from their hair.

There are a few things to consider when deciding on shaving a cat: the temperament, age, health, and skin conditions. I will not shave your cat if they are aggressive, elderly, have underlying health issues, or if their skin is too thin.

An exception will be made if a cat is severely matted or pelted, as shaving is the only option left for them, regardless of their age.

A degreasing bath and blow dry every 4 - 6 weeks will remove all of the built up grease, oil and dead hair. I guarantee that your cat will never be matted again if this process is followed. If they do, your next groom is free!
