All ResQ Partner Members & Business Supporter Members must be 'pet-related' and/or 'pet-friendly' businesses or organizations that are located within Saskatchewan. Any members that do not meet these criteria will have their memberships cancelled and deleted. These membership options are available to Saskatchewan pet-related businesses and organizations ONLY.
Those that do not meet the above criteria are welcome to join as Pet Pal members if they would like to access certain content and support the SaskPets Community.
Payment of Dues
- Memberships are offered on a monthly or annual basis
- The membership fee secures the member the right to use the services provided by the SaskPets Community
- The membership fee is due upon registration via Stripe where you can use a credit card.
- Membership renewals will be due either monthly or annually (depending on what you have chosen) on the anniversary date of when your membership was first paid. All memberships are set to renew automatically.
Membership Cancellation Policy
- Members are welcome to cancel their membership at any time. No refunds, transfers or credits will be offered. You can do so through your member profile.
- Once your membership is cancelled you will be able to access member features until your next 'pay date' at which your membership will 'expire'.
- if you have chosen an annual membership you will still have access to your account until it 'expires' on your anniversary date of when you registered, it will just not auto-renew
Code of Conduct
All members should recognize that SaskPets is dedicated to the welfare of all. In order to maintain a safe and comfortable environment, SaskPets asks that everyone:
- Refrain from the use of foul language, abusive actions or inappropriate behavior towards others inside or outside the SaskPets community
- Discourage negative competition as well as general negativity and/or slander towards others inside or outside the community
- Engage in this community to help and support others without bias or judgement
- Network with others within the pet community and make a difference – create relationships, provide education, spread awareness, raise funds and encourage supporting and shopping local
- Have fun!
Membership Refund Policy
- SaskPets policy is that all membership registrations are final with no refunds, credits or transfers
Membership Suspension/Termination
- SaskPets reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership privileges immediately without refund, to any members who are verbally abusive to SaskPets admin/staff or others and those that disregard the membership rules and the code of conduct
- SaskPets reserves the right to cancel membership of any member, at any time, for ANY reason whatsoever, without explanation
