yes! all cups are double-walled, vacuum insulated stainless steel, good for keeping hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold. food bowls, food scoops, and crate pails are single wall stainless steel and do not have insulating properties.

- hand wash only - do not put in the dishwasher
- do not soak
- do not use abrasives
- avoid high heat
- avoid freezing
- do not microwave
- handle with care - do not drop
- do not allow pets to chew on their bowls and pails

these items are handmade and should be treated as such. although durable, they have the potential to break or ruin when care instructions are not followed. once the item is in the buyer’s possession, On Point Designs cannot be held accountable for any damage. While cured epoxy is food safe and is not going to cause harm if your pet ingests it, the sharp shards can be worrisome. if your pet is a chewer, do not leave them unattended with their pails and/or bowls.

chips, cracks, and bite marks cannot be easily fixed. the entire item must be stripped and redone from scratch, which means, depending on the design, your item will never look exactly the same. there is no cheap redo fee - due to the amount of work involved, repairs cost almost as much as a new item.

because every vehicle is different and because items may end up with different thicknesses depending on their design, I can’t answer this question definitively.
