Canine Action Project (CAP) is a Canadian registered charity working closely with First Nations across Treaty 6 Territory and Saskatchewan to provide community dog health and population management programs.

They are seeking volunteers to assist with their onsite spay/neuter clinic in Ahtahkakoop Cree Nation, near Canwood, SK. CAP is recruiting licensed Veterinarians (DVMs), Registered Veterinary Technologists (RVTs), vet med and RVT students, along with general lay volunteers to assist with the clinic. Breakfast & lunch are provided Friday, Saturday & Sunday of the clinic. Accommodation costs are covered by CAP when volunteers agree to share a hotel room with at least 1 other volunteer. Tax receipts for mileage can be provided after the clinic.
