Onsite Spay/Neuter Clinic – Ahtahkakoop Cree Nation

Canine Action Project (CAP) is a Canadian registered charity working closely with First Nations across Treaty 6 Territory and Saskatchewan to provide community dog health and population management programs. They are seeking volunteers to assist with their onsite spay/neuter clinic in Ahtahkakoop Cree Nation, near Canwood, SK. They need volunteers of all ages, skillsets and backgrounds to make this clinic a success! CAP is recruiting licensed Veterinarians (DVMs), Registered Veterinary Technologists (RVTs), vet med and RVT students, along with general lay volunteers to assist with the clinic. Breakfast & lunch are provided Friday, Saturday & Sunday of the clinic. Accommodation costs are covered by CAP when volunteers agree to share a hotel room with at least 1 other volunteer. Tax receipts for mileage can be provided after the clinic.
