Street Cats of Regina is a no-kill animal welfare group dedicated to promoting the well-being of abandoned, stray and feral cats in Regina and area. Their goal is to control and maintain a healthy street cat population by employing a Trap/Neuter/Return (TNR) strategy, and by providing veterinary care, food and shelter to street cats and street cat colonies.
