Kannata Valley Kats Rescue Inc is a volunteer-run Registered Non-Profit based in Kannata Valley Saskatchewan and was established in 2020.

- TNR (trap-neuter/spay-release) – Trap and release feral cats back into their regular community after spay or neuter
- Foster – Providing every cat that comes into our care with a safe and loving temporary place to heal
- Adopt – Ensuring that each cat is adopted into a perfect-fit forever home

Kannata Valley Kats is always looking for volunteers to help foster animals as there is no short supply in animals in need.
To be a foster with Kannata Valley Kats you ideally need to be within a 45 minute drive of Kannata Valley as they work with certain vets in the area and fosters need to be able to travel to these partner clinics for any medical appointments. If you would like to become a Foster with Kannata Valley Kats you can fill out their Foster Form.
Other ways to Volunteer:
- Temporary Fosters/Pet Sitters
- Drivers (pick up supplies, take fosters to appointments, etc)
- Fundraising Events (BBQs, Trade Shows, Selling tickets for raffles, etc)
- Adoption Events
Paws & Claws Animal Rescue relies on donations to help rescue and care for animals in need. They are ALWAYS in need of:
- Wet & Dry Cat Food
- Toys
- Litter
- Monetary Donations
