Diamonds in the Ruff is a Flyball Club and team located in Saskatoon that started in 2001. It is a fun group of people and their dogs that come together to enjoy the sport of flyball. The team meets regularly throughout the year and practice exercises which are geared specifically to the individual dog to aid in their training, as well as team specific training.
Flyball classes are offered in limited amounts throughout the year. They have Puppy, Beginner and Intermediate levels. A dog is ready to race competitively when they can consistently complete the Flyball run, pass team-mates, ignore other dogs in the other lane, is able to do an unassisted swimmers turn on the box, and are physically fit.
Diamonds in the Ruff host two tournaments each year, one in the spring and one in the fall, spectators are always welcome! Interested in Flyball for you and your dog?
