Meadow Lake HS
Description
Meadow Lake & District Humane Society (MLDHS) was established in 2003 and is a 100% volunteer operated registered charity and animal rescue organization operating out of Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. They do not have staff nor public hours so appointments are required for visits. MLDHS is an animal welfare organization dedicated to rescuing homeless, unwanted, and abandoned pets. One of their main objectives is to spread the spay/neuter message in an effort to prevent overpopulation.
The MLDHS building serves as a shelter and pound. They take in stray, abandoned, injured (and surrendered) dogs and cats from the entire area of the NW of Saskatchewan.
