receptionist not knowledgeable and when you tell her she was the one you spoke to denies it(even though she gave her name). I phoned that morning explained issue was told to come (from out of town) then when arrived was told couldn’t be helped and when I asked what I was to do then they became snotty and accused me of not keeping my animals shots up to date even though they refused to make their area rounds during covid. and also could offer no suggestions or guidance to help my animal. Vic is a great vet but his receptionist and one assistant put a blight on his clinic.
