I live outside of Canada, can I still place an order?

Unfortunately, we are only shipping within Canada at this time

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at check-out, cost depends on what item(s) are being shipped
and where.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes we do!

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! You can pick up your order from a home address in Silverwood Heights. The address will be emailed to
you once your order is ready for pick-up if you selected pick-up during checkout.

How long will my order take to be shipped or ready for pick-up?

All items are handmade to order and may take 1-3 weeks to make depending on suppliers and demand. You
will be contacted once your order has been shipped or is ready for pick-up

What happens if I provide incorrect information (typos and spelling mistakes)

If you enter the wrong shipping address during checkout we cannot guarantee delivery and cannot refund the
order. Please double check your shipping information before placing your order.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number on the Canada Post website to get updates and an estimated delivery date.

What if I won’t be home when the item is delivered?

Our shipping processor will leave your package at your address if they deem it is safe to do so.

What if my order is lost?

In the event that your order is lost please contact us. We will investigate.

What if my order is stolen?

Once your order has been shipped we no longer have control and as such, we are not responsible for lost or
stolen packages.

You will have received a tracking number once your order has been shipped. We highly recommend keeping
an eye on when it will be delivered so you can try to be home to avoid it sitting outside unattended.

If your order is lost or stolen, we’ll do everything we can to help, but ultimately can not replace/refund due to
theft.

What if my order is damaged in transit?

Please report any damages within 24 hours of receiving your order. You will need to provide detailed photos of
the damages. We will do our best to rectify the issue.

Notes:

  • Shipments may be delayed during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather events
  • Once your order has been shipped you won’t be able to change your address and SaskPets is not
    liable for your mistake – please double check
